I have tried several times to change the name on my account. That has been successful in most areas. However, the name Leanne Verhoeven remains in one place. Verhoeven was my married name. I am divorced. My legal name is Leanne Carlisle. In addition, I am re-married (did not take his name) so you can imagine that using the name Verhoeven could be a problem. My correct name is Leanne Carlisle. Thanks!
